Spiny Eels are particularly hard to get to eat. That matters when you spend this much on a fish. I make sure every one you see listed is eating before I send them anywhere. Many sellers do not do this, and as a result of them being wild caught, often end up dead because they swallowed a fishing hook and stayed alive long enough to be sold in the states. 

All of my fish are caught by a special team with nets and traps, never hooks or electricity, and never wholesale.
